Lilia Adams, LCSW
About me
I've worked closely with active duty military couples experiencing the challenges or military lifestyle that can, if not addressed, impact family stability. I possess a non-judgmental attitude and have an appreciation and respect for diversity and the value of individual differences associated with race, ethnicity, gender, class, sexual orientation, age or disability. My goal is to establish and maintain professional rapport with my clients in order to support them in resolving issues and problems of which they are finding difficult to navigate or resolve.
I am genuinely concerned and sensitive to the needs and feelings of other's and am committed to provide effective service delivery, recognizing that experiences, perceptions, and worldviews are unique to each individual. Looking forward to the opportunity to meet and work with you

Lilia has a unique background as a person which combined with her therapeutic training is helping me to identify when and how my mental health issues can be addressed. Her thoughtful and calm manner and her intelligence has helped her to know when to listen and help me to hear myself as well as when to call me out on whether I am using the tools I am being taught to create the positivity I need and seek.
