I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I have been providing individual telehealth therapy services to adults within a private practice setting for the last 6 months. I work with individuals coping with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship/communication difficulty, grief and loss, life transitions, and feelings of overwhelm and low self-worth. Together we will practice identifying and challenging unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to negative feelings, improve communication skills, process difficult experiences such as grief and loss and trauma, and improve feelings of low self-worth.
My therapeutic approach empowers clients to become the best versions of themselves. I meet my clients where they are and firmly believe that they are the experts in their lives. We will work collaboratively to discover strategies and solutions that work best for you.
I provide cognitive behavioral therapy and cognitive processing therapy (trauma-focused).

Lily was attentive yet she only provided worksheets during our chats, even after pointing out that I was looking for more analyses and feedback. It felt like I was talking to an automated therapist.
