Dr. Linda is awesome. She's patient, kind, supportive and willing to listen even if it's about things that she may not understand. She always asks questions if she needs clarification but handles it gracefully and with patience. She has helped me navigate the myriad of issues that I've been dealing with in the last few months and I am extremely thankful for the help she has given me. I am glad that I decided to seek out help when I did because she has been invaluable these last few months especially when it's come to the health stuff. And Dr. Linda if you're reading this: Thank you for all that you do!

Linda has taken my existence, and helped me work - a lot - to turn it into a happy, pretty normal life. Which, with BiPolar II, Depression, Generalized Anxiety, ADD, and Insomnia is quite the feat. I don't know where I'd be if it wasn't for Linda, her expertise, gentle guidance, and creativity. I don't know where you found her, but you could use at least 10 more of her.

I have appreciated the last two months with my therapist. On a practical level, she is very responsive and flexible with my busy schedule, so there’s no wasted time.
On a one on one basis, she is easy going, relatable, and adjusted - meaning she adapts to the conversation and adjusts to what is needed in the moment. I am going through big changes in my life and I am able to better navigate and have more tools to go through them, therefore more confidence. I feel respected and because she has more life experience than me, I feel I can trust her. I had a big a-ha moment last week with a communication tool she shared with me. Something I’ve understood intellectually for years that made its way into a practical everyday tool to better express myself and my needs. It is now up to me to practice and while it is a little mental gymnastics, it is a positive experience and I am very grateful. It has given me more power and confidence.
Thank you Better Help!
