I am licensed in Arkansas with 16 years of professional work experience. In my practice I primarily serve those who are experiencing stress, anxiety, response to trauma and abuse, & person issues dealing with lack of motivation, low self esteem, and confidence. Many of my clients are working through issues dealing with life changes.
Therapy with me generally begins with helping my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
