About Me
After earning a dual degree in mental health and substance abuse treatment, I began to work with clients who were recovering from opioid abuse and co-occurring disorders. This gave me the unique capacity to help clients not only with addiction, but also trauma, stress, depression, self-compassion, guilt & shame, anger, and anxiety among many other issues. In addition to general counseling services, I specialize in process addictions such as shopping, video gaming, Internet, exercise, gambling, and sex and love addictions.
I have worked with many clients in the LGBTQIA community and value diversity for others and myself. I have the knowledge and skills to work with clients who struggle with sexual identity and help emotionally work through many issues that arise as a result of sexual trauma, grief or dysfunction. I also work with many clients who open and/or non-monogamous relationships. I believe that acceptance and empowerment is the foundation of this work.
I use my accumulated skills to help you identify what is holding you back and how your past helps you identify your strengths to achieve the life you want. I can use a variety of approaches to fit your needs.

Always a good session with Linda
I want my original therapist brandy
I tried therapy in a few different forms and settings and nothing seemed to stick. Once I started talking with Linda she just clicked and really had great things to say and challenged me in a lot of ways. She changed my perspective on therapy!
She knew I needed coping skills and provided those right away.
Seemed to be a nice person willing to listen and give good reasonable feedback
I really appreciate Linda's professionalism and congeniality. She is easy to talk to and creates a safe environment for difficult conversations.
Seriously, Better Help has changed my life! It’s so convenient and you can do it from the comfort of wherever you are!
Still working with Linda to see if she is a good fit. Going through a re-diagnosis as she feels she does not have enough information to understand the cause of my anxiety.
Linda has been so caring and compassionate. She listens to me and works with me.
I have been working with Linda for years now to explore and process my trauma and she is a compassionate, open, and creative counselor. She does an amazing job providing a balance of gentle guidance and encouragement, and always makes me feel fully listened to. I highly recommend her.
Linda is a great listener and provides guidance.
Linda is a good listener and focuses on you. And get you to focus on you.
Good first experience
Linda is extremely helpful, professional, and responsive. She's been a wonderful resource as I work through some challenges.
Linda is easy to talk to, supportive, and consistently offers an unbiased ear.
Linda had helped me so much, I was nervous to start therapy bit she has made it a good process.
Linda is an absolute gem of a person. Her skills and expertise are apparent every session and I would recommend her to everyone, unless it would mean she might have less time to help me, haha!
Linda is always prepared for what a session might bring, whether it be laughs or tears she's equipped to provide solutions or just listen. She's helped me through figuring out complex emotions, and how to navigate through life without letting them disrupt my day to day life. Finding my identity after separation, and whether I was making decisions for me. I couldn't have pictured anyone else helping me through this journey.
Linda is a well-educated and nonjudgemental professional with whom I have been able to share easily and feel supported in the process. Linda is trauma-informed and someone I would recommend.
She is amazing and so positive. She has truly an awesome outlet. That she doesn't truly know me and can give me advice without being bias. It's nice.
Linda is a great listener and also great at giving pointers when it comes to handling certain situations. I would recommend her to anyone!!
This is my first experience with a therapist and Linda has made the proce extremely comfortable. She listens intently and is responsive to my needs and fears. She also has great resource recommendations.
Linda gives great advice. I am usually all over the place while talking through my issues, but she does a good job of helping me make sense of the root of the issue. I feel so much better after our session.
Just started working with Linda and she has been great! Very kind and offers practical advice. I felt better right after my session!
Linda is very understanding and is always trying to work with you! Best therapist I've ever had!
Linda is my very first therapist. It has been a great experience. She messages me every night at 10:30 and I look forward to it.
Linda makes me feel heard and understood and very supported. She also reminds me that it's okay to be upset by decisions other people have made and to stop giving them excuses. She's the best.
Lots covered during counseling sessions. I appreciate the messaged sent throughout the week and Linda's detailed summary of counseling sessions. I reread them frequently.
Linda is extremely supportive, attentive, and gives intelligent and helpful advice. I'm very grateful to have found her!
