Linda has absolutely zero consideration for client's time. After experiencing technical difficulties joining the audio, she decided to stop responding to any messages and left me waiting for 20 minutes. No apology, no solutions offered, nothing. Total waste of my time and have requested a full refund from BetterHelp.

Ms. Sierra has been very understanding and supportive. I find it most beneficial to communicate with Ms. Sierra via chat, and she has been very accommodating and responsive. Sometimes I feel the need to chat with her many times a week, and sometimes I only need to chat once a week, but again, she is always responsive. I feel very lucky to have been connected with her.
