Lindsay was a very kind and open minded therapist, she knew the right things to say and earnestly wanted to help me. I sought out therapy for help with relationships and dating and I actually changed my focus more to my self because Lindsay helped me recognize that seeking external validation does nothing if you don’t care for yourself first. Lindsay had a lot of good tricks for reducing anxiety and grounding yourself, so she was focused not only on helping you in that moment but helping you help yourself for the future
