I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Minnesota and have a Masters degree from the MN School of Professional Psychology. I have worked with individuals, couples, families, and groups for nearly 15 years providing therapy, in-home skills work, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My varied experience coupled with my own as a mom has particularly drawn me towards working with pregnant people and parents of children of all ages. I am trained in Positive Discipline and have a passion for providing parenting support for those looking to expand their toolbox of skills. I strongly believe that each parent is doing their very best with the skills they have and I am honored to come alongside you to make your parent-child relationship the most mutually-fulfilling it can be.
I also love working with young adults experiencing a variety of stressors or life changes such as college, relationships, processing family of origin, and life direction.
Finally, I have experience and comfort working with individuals and couples with unique opportunities such as blended or polyamorous families. My approach is often solution-focused and I am skilled in identifying and nurturing the inherent strengths of each person and family. I am gentle but direct in my approach and believe that a good sense of humor is a necessity in therapy and life, in general.
Please note that my availability is generally daytime hours Monday through Friday. I have very limited evening hours so would be most appropriate for clients who have daytime flexibility.

Lindsay was such great help to me! She made me feel comfortable instantly and helped me pin point the source of my depression and anxiety right away. She also gave my tools to work on being present in my everyday life that have helped with my anxiety and helped me enjoy things that have felt numb for the past year. Lindsay was always very quick to respond and over messaging and had a flexible schedule that worked with my work schedule. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone who is personable, compassionate, light-hearted, knowledgeable and attentive.
