Lindsay Lightley, BACP, NCPS
About me
Starting your therapy journey can feel overwhelming and even a little daunting—but it can also be the beginning of something meaningful and transformative.
You might already have a clear idea of what you’d like to work on, or you may simply know that something in your life needs to change, even if you're not sure what that is yet. Either way, taking the first step by reaching out for support is a huge achievement—well done for getting here.
I work pluralistically, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor our sessions to your individual needs. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I believe in being flexible and responsive. If something doesn’t feel quite right in our work together, we’ll explore other approaches that better support your comfort and progress.
I have 3 years of experiencing in working in mental health and helping others with the challenges that life may bring. I am an accredited member of the NCPS and also an individual member of BACP working towards member accreditation.
