Lindsay has been extremely helpful in helping me regain a sense of confidence in my abilities as well as helping me process my issues. I've been able to finally get back into the world, slowly but surely. Definitely the best therapist I've had.

Lindsey gets where I am coming from, and she understands the issues I am working through. She is easy to talk to, and she shares relatable circumstances from her own life, which builds a bond of trust and understanding. Her suggestions are easy to follow and can become a new routine in thought processing, self care, etc.
It is nice to have someone outside of my daily life to talk to, who can share insights, ask the right questions, and guide me to becoming a better me.

Lindsay does an excellent job using time effectively. While the video sessions are short, she is really good at staying on track and giving useful feedback and tips without making me feel rushed or unheard. She’s very consistent and responsive via chat and provides helpful resources that you can mull over in between sessions.
