Lindsay is amazing. Caring, concerned, constructively supportive feedback and super knowledgeable! She is hyper attuned to the issues, conversant in their nature and solution oriented. I feel empowered and a sense of relief that there is someone that can assist and support me.

I've been working with Lindsay for almost a year, and it's the longest I've ever been with a counsellor. She's so easy to talk to and very nonjudgmental, and she is easy to build a trusting relationship with. She also has a variety of tools and approaches to see what works best for you. I was in a pretty bad state when I began counselling, and my mental health has improved even beyond where it was before I had a "breakdown"! The single issue is that for me scheduling appointments is difficult because I am on the other side of the world, but Lindsay is very accommodating with scheduling issues.

I can't say enough good things about Lindsay. She's been so attentive, caring, patient and wonderful all around. She does guided meditation sessions with me, which has done wonders for my anxiety and healing past traumas (I have plenty of those). She's helped me brainstorm in a very non-judgemental way, providing me with a safe space to share all of my thoughts. Because of the depth of my issues I will likely keep doing therapy sessions for awhile. This is not a "quick fix" for me and I don't look for some sort of an "a-ha" moment that would solve everything at once.. I just want someone to be there who listens and cares, while also being competent and qualified in providing feedback. These qualities are not easy to find in counselors and I had to change a few before I finally found Lindsay. I'm very happy with my choice and grateful for her.

I've been working with Lindsay for a few months now and she is so incredibly helpful. I couldn't imagine where I would have been without her. She is so supportive and so understanding. Knowing she's there whenever I need is incredibly comforting. I will continue to see her for a while yet!

I have been working with Lindsay for several months now, and I can only sing her praises. She always reminds me that I can reach out to her between sessions, no matter how many times I forget that I have that option. She is the first person, therapist or otherwise, who has made me feel safe and supported enough to open up about things that took me over 20 years to even think about. She's given me so many valuable tools that help me live my life, rather than feeling dragged along by it. She's helped me gain control over my thoughts.
She creates an incredibly safe space, always smiles and actively listens, and she is the reason I haven't lost my motivation to keep working on myself.
I can't thank her enough.

Lindsay has helped me to overcome a difficult moment in life and has been there with me as I worked through old issues. I am delighted with where my head is at right now, and though I did the work myself, I don't think I would have achieved the same results without her.

I’ve only had a few sessions with Lindsay, but I felt comfortable straight away and found it really easy to talk with her. She is my cheerleader when it’s warranted, my sensible advisor when needed and a friendly face with a listing ear always. Lindsay is kind and caring therapist/ counsellor. I have only had a few sessions with her so it’s a bit too soon to say anything comprehensive. But having said that, I am perfectly happy with having her as my therapist and have no intention of quitting or changing to another one. She’s tried her best to make me feel comfortable by answering all my questions and concerns as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Lindsay. Thank you!

She is amazing, finally I could share my secrets and issues with a counselor, she is a very good listener and caring person, and what I like mostly (and I was looking for this) is that with her it's not only a conversation, but also there is an effort to really have changes in practice and real life!

Lindsay is an incredible counselor. Not only does she listen without judgment, she can quickly determine what's at the heart of your struggles, give you tips on how to process experiences for the long term but also manage emotions daily so you can constantly improve your life. She's genuine and kind, and I couldn't recommend her more!

Written by R.A. on May 17, 2020 after therapy with Lindsay for 2 weeks on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, addictions, relationship issues, family conflicts, grief, intimacy-related issues, self esteem, anger management, and coping with life changes

Lindsay is a very caring individual and I was blown away when I came to her seeking help and she immediately put time aside to speak to me on the same day. I mean, she truly saved me that day and I really appreciate her. The 30mins sessions I feel are a little too short. By the time I managed to get everything out of what I've had to go through, there isn't much I can get back outside of having someone to listen and give me reassurance that my feelings are okay. She did offer some great advice on what I could do, I think I'm just wanting more possibilities. More exercises that could help, trigger managing, or things that I could try to do at home to overcome the stress of certain situations. She's incredible and I think because of that it gives me hope so it makes me want to take in more from her. We've only had a few sessions but I believe that she can help me and build up a strong relationship. Thank you Lindsay :)
