I'm Lindsey, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience helping adolescents and their families navigate some of life's most challenging moments. I specialize in working with teens and young adults facing anxiety, depression, grief, identity development, academic stress, and the everyday complexities of growing up.
My approach is grounded in two evidence-based methods: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, these frameworks help my clients shift their mindset, build genuine confidence, and move forward with clarity, at their own pace, in their own way.
I've worked across private practice, middle school, high school, and virtual counseling settings, which means I bring both clinical depth and real-world understanding to every session. I know what it actually looks like when a teenager is struggling, and I know how to meet them where they are, whether that's through a live video session, a phone call, or a message sent at midnight when things feel heavy.
My style is warm, structured, and nonjudgmental. I believe healing happens when people feel genuinely safe, and I take that seriously. I also work closely with families, because supporting a teen often means supporting the whole system around them.
