I have been a social worker for the past four years. Much of my experience has been working with people who are struggling with post- partum mood disorders, family conflict, parenting issues and life transitions. I also have experience working with individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds such military families, adolescents, and individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. I see my role as meeting you where you are, listening to you, and offering support to you along the way. My experience working with Lindsey has been absolutely amazing. I started therapy for the first time in my life after losing someone very close to me and being unsure of how to grieve and go through the process. And I continue to do so because every week, its an opportunity to catch up with myself and figure out what is going on. Lindsey is a perfect mirror to reflect upon any subject that comes up. She is a great listener, helps you dive into points that you don't even realize are significant in your thoughts and recognize patterns that appear in different facets of your life. I really look forward to our session every week and feel so much weight off my shoulders each time we meet. I can't recommend her enough!
