Lindsey is a very helpful therapist, i tried two therapists on a different platform before her, and I knew almost right away that she was right for me because I was comfortable sharing. I instantly felt that she listened and validated my struggles. She has been a positive source of ideas and mindset shifts for me on my road to better mental health. Definitely recommend her!

I appreciated Lindsey so much. I feel like she understood me, and my personality. I didn’t have a desire to dive into my childhood or past but wanted to focus on my coping habits and my future. She hated my sense of direction and worked with me in the every day challenges. I’m going to miss her.

Lindsey has been extremely influential to my mental health and overall well being. Over the 9 months of meeting with her weekly, I have learned so much. I look forward to our sessions together. Lindsey is knowledgeable and professional while also being warm and understanding, I have already recommended her to many of my friends. It’s been a blessing to be matched with her.

I was hesitant at first when assigned to Lindsey but knew she deserved a fair chance to share her expertise and therapy style with me before writing her off. Instead of assuming she would not understand due to cultural differences, I am grateful that I stuck with her because she not only understands or attempts to, she encourages me in ways to strive to be that better version of me that I envision, sends weekly inspiring or skill set messages that I can apply to my current process, and can share different perspectives from her own experiences or shared experiences shared with her. She also has gently pushed me to dig deeper which is something I have mastered avoiding.
I genuinely appreciate Lindsey and could not have gotten a better match during my healing and self-love/worth/awareness journey.
