When I started therapy I did not know what I was really searching for, Lisa helped me to understand myself and find ways for me to find the answers. I would say that I appreciate Lisa very much because she is very attentive and listen to you, it gives me very warm energy and very caring as well. I think that helped me more to be able to open up and find the answers that I needed. I would say that I feel ways better now than when I I barely started my sessions with Lisa

Amazing therapist honestly while my mind was spiraling, I found a way to cope and calm down from that spiral thanks to my therapist

I am thankful I was matched with Lisa. Her life experiences are similar to mine which makes explaining situations and issues easier. She is easy to talk to, supportive, and helps me work towards my goals each session. She has made therapy a good experience.

Lisa is more than a therapist to me; I've been seeing her for almost a year and it feels like I have a confidant. She is a wonderful therapist and I can't express in words how much her help has meant to me. I would recommend her to anyone!

I’ve had a few therapists over the years. I feel like I’ve made more progress working with Lisa these past 9 months than any other therapist I’ve worked with. Would definitely recommend working with her if given the opportunity.

What a kind, patient, and enthusiastic therapist. I've worked with so many different types of people on mental health and improving myself, she seems to be the first one that has really been able to sift through my surface layers of anxiety and help me address the root of each concern in a way that feels really achievable. Excited to keep working with her and can't recommend Lisa enough.
