I have had the opportunity to work with clients for over 19 years in the clinical and school setting. I use a multidimensional approach to help facilitate the healing process. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence and coping with life changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Each individual is unique and different, and requires an individualized approach that best fits their needs.
