She's a lovely therapist and a great human being. I suffer from emetophobia, and it progressively got worse until I met Lisa Hilton. She is extremely kind, caring, and empathetic. Lisa has been working with me for about 8 months, and I can confidently say her guidance has given me the strength to face my phobias and discover who I am as a person. 10/10 would recommend her as a therapist.

Lisa is absolutely amazing. She is very kind and understanding, very empathetic and able to relate so much to me as a client. I felt comfortable talking to her and she was able to equip me with numerous techniques to help me overcome my feelings of anxiety and help me cope with and start to overcome different traumas in my life. Starting therapy with her was one of best things I've ever done for myself and I would recommend that if you're struggling and thinking about starting therapy, you absolutely should. Thank you Lisa!
