Lisa is an amazing therapist especially for those who might be new to therapy, or might know what sort of changes need to be made in their lives but don’t feel ready to take those steps yet. She’s a wonderful listener and is very compassionate, and meets you where you are. She is not judgemental of how or why you are in the situation you are in, only in helping you take the next step, even if it’s a baby step. I met with several other therapists prior to Lisa, and I am incredibly grateful that I connected with her.

Lisa is amazing. She was so very kind and understanding. She is focused and helped me to determine goals for my therapy. And I feel like she genuinely wanted me to succeed.. in finding more peace and less anger, spending more time in nature and in self care. She is funny and clear and gave tangible advice. I am so very grateful for her time, knowledge, and heart. Thank you, Lisa!

Lisa was an amazing therapist! She always gave me very good advice and guidance! She helped me see my worth and start loving myself just as I am. She always opened and closed in prayer (per my request) which really brought me closer to God. She supported me in all that I did and was very kind. I highly recommend her! I will miss her!
