I’m an independently licensed Christian Counselor in Illinois with 25 years of experience. I use a compassionate, sensitive, direct, faith based and solution focused approach that's very effective and personalized to your needs. If you're looking to get to the root of your issues, you want to improve the quality of your life, reduce stress and anxiety, change your thinking to have more joy and more peace or connect with your purpose or connect with God, you've come to the right place. I'm also EMDR certified and I have worked with many individuals to help resolve trauma, development and explore identity and overcome self hatred. I’ve also worked in therapeutic schools with emotionally and behaviorally challenged adolescents and their families.
