I find Lisa to be a calm, kind and insightful therapist. She listens well and allows me to come to my own conclusions, with good reflection and a small amount of prompting so that I seem to feel empowered to make positive changes. I feel this is a very skilled approach

Lisa's approach to therapy is compassionate and understanding, focused on the problems that have brought me to therapy in the first place. She made me feel heard and safe to discuss my issues while also challenging me to confront them.
