Lisa Niederman, LCSW
About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience supporting adults through life's most challenging transitions. Over my career, I've worked with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and major life changes. I bring a thoughtful, grounded approach to therapy that honors where you are in your journey.
My practice is rooted in evidence-based methods and a deep commitment to meeting each client with respect and authenticity. I work collaboratively with you to identify what matters most and build meaningful pathways toward greater wellbeing and resilience.
I'm particularly drawn to working with older adults and value creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and aligned with your values and worldview. I believe therapy works best when there's genuine connection and mutual respect between therapist and client.
If you're considering taking this step, I'm honored to support you as you move toward positive change.
