About Me

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor licensed and Certified in Grief & Loss with over 6 years of experience working with couples, families and individuals. I strive to provide compassionate, effective and evidence-based clinical psychotherapy and counseling services to meet the mental health needs of individuals of all ages, with the goal of maximizing personal potential and increasing resilience in the face of adversity.

Sessions include innovative interventions, which are tailored to address individual problem areas as each client is treated with dignity and respect. Just a few of the theoretical approaches implemented: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoeducation Behavior Modification, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, In simple terms, I utilize my years of education and training to find the very best way to help you reach your personal goal for emotional health and well-being.

Lisa has been extremely helpful already after only one session. First of all, Lisa is very kind. I've been in contact with her for a month now, and I can definitely say that I feel improvement in dealing with everyday stress.
