Lisa understands what my needs are and offers great suggestions, including different ways to re-frame the way I think about things. She has been a life-saver!

The first thing I noticed about Lisa is that she sincerely cares. I have had a few therapists in the past that in my perception were just going through the motions of being a therapist. I never truly felt supported. The analogy that comes to mind when I think about Lisa is she hops on board your ship that is in rocky, troubled waters and she helps to guide you back to smoother path. She's provides the tools necessary to deal with the issues at hand. Lisa is interactive, honest, and a true professional. I'm am so relieved to have found her.

Lisa "gets it" and is an excellent therapist because she can zero in on the important issues that I need help navigating. She gives great tools to help deal with things that come up.

Lisa is extremely compassionate, empathetic, and experienced. She provides quality feedback and thoughtful exercises to engage certain parts of your mind to better become more positive and understanding of why we feel the way we do.
