Lisa is a terrific therapist and I am incredibly grateful for her! She is so very kind and very thoughtful in her approach; she knows when I need “tough love” or when I need a softer approach (which I can say from experience is not the case for every therapist!)
I really appreciate that Lisa always offers me many ways to cope with my stress/adhd and motivates me to put the theory into practice, so to speak. She helps me with healthy communication within my relationships and holds me accountable so that I can be the best version of myself.

I've had a few sessions with Lisa and already feel much better than in other experiences with therapists who I didn't feel they understood me well. With Lisa it's been quite organic and I feel supported and she seems to understand about the struggles I've brought up. I'm really happy and will continue my sessions with her. Every week I make mental notes about things I'd like to discuss with her. It feels like a great consistent follow up to stay on track with my progress, goals and growth.

Lisa is an amazing therapist and I can’t recommend her enough! I originally started working with her to cope with my breakup and never planned to use therapy for more than a month or two, but it’s almost been half a year now because she’s also helped me so much in other areas of my life. Whatever concern I have, she offers really good advice, is a great listener and I always find my sessions with her very beneficial.
I really appreciate that I can feel that she also cares about me as a person and not just as a client.
