I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Indiana and received my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have five years of experience working in a community mental health setting and also work at a private practice. I have worked with individuals who struggle with issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar, and trauma. Some treatment modalities that I use are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I collaboratively work with clients to set and achieve their goals. I am passionate to help those who are hurting, those who seek healing, and those who desire to change.

Lisa is great! With the short amount of time I have worked with her, she has been helpful in so many ways. She is a genuine sweet, great person. She responds in such a timely matter, is reassuring, does her best to work around your schedule, and listens to whatever it is you may need to talk about with no judgement.

Lisa is the least relatable therapist I have ever had. She summed up my entire session in one conversation and then felt I didn't have the goals she required to help me. I feel she needs more training and work on communication skills. Communication with her has been more daunting and stressful than I feel it should be during introduction to a new therapist.
