My goal is to support clients of all ages with their journey of healing and finding inner peace so that one may choose to live and experience their best life. My logo of a sea turtle captures the very essence of who I am personally and what I want Inner Peace Health Center to represent. The sea turtle symbolizes longevity, peace, grounding, ancient wisdom, and emotional strength. At times it can feel like an emotional tsunami as you navigate through the deep waters of the world’s emotions. Self-awareness will bring confidence and calm to your emotional state, as well as peace and acceptance to your unique path. - Lisa Renee Waltrip, MED, LPC

In a very short time, Lisa has compassionately helped me identify areas of my life that need attention. Through reflective listening and personal stories, Lisa knows how to hold a safe space with care and concern throughout our sessions. I look forward to each session and have confidence in the treatment plan Lisa has suggested.
Such an amazing person and therapist.
Only early into my therapy with Lisa, however have built a strong connection. I love the way Lisa includes her own experiences in our conversations. I'm extremely happy to of found a therapist that I really enjoy talking with, I actually look forward to my weekly sessions; and most importantly I'm already seeing positive results in my life and relationships with loved ones.
Lisa is amazing! I feel like I am talking with a friend and she is super understanding and non judgmental. I would recommend her to anyone I know.

Lisa is great. She has the skills to work effectively through trauma but is also warm and even, where appropriate, quite funny which brings welcome relief to otherwise quite heavy sessions. She has helped me put my past in perspective and I have really enjoyed working with her.
Lisa is amazing, I have only been working with her for a few weeks but instantly made a connection which is harder through virtual therapy.
She is down to earth & very experienced … for my first time trying out therapy I’m glad that I selected Lisa (: (: 11/10 if that was an option!! Super happy
I have already recommended her to a couple friends, I think very highly of her and I'm very grateful I found her.
There is no way to say it other than Lisa has changed my life. I worked with her for several months on trauma therapy and she was so kind and patient with me through that process I always felt safe talking to her. She also never tried to push me past where I was comfortable with my therapy she always asked do you want to talk about this do you want to try that you don't have to, she really put my therapy in my control. She has given me the tools I needed to take control of my life and emotions and I'm happier and more confident than I've ever been.I loved working with Lisa and if the need arises I will definitely go back to her for help.
Lisa is patient and listens attentively to my ‘rants’. I feel like she is someone l have known for awhile rather than just a short time.
Lisa Waltrip is an honest, down to earth, and warm hearted person. She has real life experience and a manner that makes her very easy to talk to. I found Lisa very relatable and very helpful within our first couple of sessions. We do video chat sessions which are convenient and personal. I highly recommend BetterHelp for therapy. Lisa is helping me with PTSD and sobriety.
Lisa is so easy to talk to!
Lisa is such a down to earth and chill counselor, she makes me feel safe and at ease during our sessions. I have received powerful and excellent advice from her and I would would recommend her as a counselor for anyone going through a hard time with depression, anxiety and trauma of many kinds.
I was hesitant to start sessions with a new therapist, but Lisa has made the process enjoyable and productive. She is sympathetic, relatable, and spends equal time listening and giving advice. Lisa has taken the time to understand where I am at emotionally, and has taken steps to give me not only validation, but ways to cope and work on myself to stay positive and moving forward. I'm so glad I made the decision to find help and that I was connected with Lisa!
Very supportive and kind! It's safe to say that she has saved my life.
