Lisa is a great person to work with, she helps you understand why we have some of the feelings and thoughts we have. And ways that you can help work through those thoughts and feelings. She is a great listener and you can tell she has a lot of experience.

Lisa has been absolutely amazing. She is kind, compassionate, and listens to what issues I have. She truly takes the time to check in with you and helps to show she cares. Best therapist I’ve had.

I have never had a therapist I felt was such a good match. Lisa’s very understanding and supportive and offers actual ways to help and dive into things. In the past I’ve felt like therapy appointments were more of a chore and very surface level- never really feeling like it made a difference, but since working with Lisa I always look forward to our calls and appreciate our time and her expertise so much and finally feel like progress is actually possible!

Lisa makes me feel safe. She makes me feel heard. I’ve opened up to her about things I don’t talk about and she’s says the most comforting things in response. I’m so lucky to have her!!

Lisa has been a gift from the universe. She always makes me feel comfortable and heard and helps me with so many tools to feel more centered and regain trust and confidence in myself. She has been helping me work through consequences of narcissistic abuse and I am astounded by the results and how fast I am making progress. I feel so supported and safe both during the sessions and on the days in-between.
I feel extremely lucky to have met Lisa in one of the most challenging periods of my life.
