I have experience with a counselor in the past for my anxiety and was nervous about going back to someone virtually, but I’m glad I did. Lisette is very kind, compassionate and responsive. In our phone call, she really took the time to understand my thoughts and feelings, and to help me redirect my thinking. She’s quick to respond to my messages as well. It’s really been a positive experience.
Very thoughtful/caring and extremely professional
Lissette has provided me with clarity, validation, comfort & strategies to help me get through challenges in my life. Our sessions are grounding & we discuss specific things I am able to reflect on outside of our session while I implement changes. Even through our phone sessions I can tell she is caring, realistic, compassionate, incredibly attentive, and wants what’s best for me. She’s an absolutely wonderful therapist!
Lisette is extremely responsive and that really helps to feel someone is always there for you. She also explore possibilities and solutions in a very comforting way. I’m very happy to be working with her through some challenges in my life.
Talking to Lissette Ayala has been a huge help to me. She has helped me to get clarity on situations I’ve been worried about or overthinking. She’s also given me helpful techniques to set me up for positive thinking/interactions and relationships in the future, which was my goal of therapy.
My sessions with Lissette have been been a very important part of managing my anxiety and depression. Lissette listened to my concerns and experiences and helped me to recognize the tools I already had as well as helping me find some clarity within myself and my feelings. I was really unsure how I would feel about online counseling but I am pleasantly surprised at how comfortable I felt.
Lisette is an amazing therapist, she makes you feel like nothing else matters during the sessions. She gave me a framework to get my life back on track - it's working. I am mentally stronger and healthier after only a few sessions, I'm so grateful to work with her and continue with her on my journey, inspired to continue healing myself.
Lissette is knowledgeable, compassionate, and helpful.
