I’ve been doing therapy with Liz for about a year now and can see the huge change it’s brought to my life. I highly recommend her as she’s greatly helped with reframing my thoughts and I’m able to go about my day with more confidence and far less anxiety. She also provides a nonjudgmental, tailored space to talk and meditate at your own pace. I find myself being able to healthily challenge things as well. I’m so happy that I started and kept up with this!

Liz’s professional, caring and highly experienced manner has enabled me to reframe patterns and grow as a person.

Over the course of working with her, I’ve been able to navigate a number of challenging situations, learn more about healthy boundaries and work towards building a life which is in alignment with my values. I’m truly so appreciative of my time working with her and anyone who gets to share some of her knowledge is very lucky!

Liz is a very kind open person which has made it much easier for me to open up and talk to her about the way I think and feel. She's always very calm, understanding and nonjudgmental so I feel I can talk about anything with her. She always has something constructive to say and has plenty of "homework" for me to do which has been a great help as well, she's very knowledgeable on everything I talk to her about which always make me feel understood. Couldn't recommend her enough, such a great therapist and such a lovely person.

Great working with Liz; I find her insight so helpful and the reference to what I have said means I can start making sense of my thoughts.
