About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in North Carolina with 3 years of experience. I am also Veteran and currently work with Veterans. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD and those transitioning to moving out on their own (18-21). I have also worked with people with trauma or emotional abuse.
My therapy style is unique, warm, interactive and honest. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, diabolical-behavioral, humanistic and psychodynamic. We collaborate with each other on your treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
I am a big advocate of self care and what better way to do that than by bringing serenity to your body and mind. It takes courage to step out and look to others for guidance and support. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!
