About me
As an experienced therapist my approach is Integrative. I use a humanistic and person-centered methodology, blended with elements of the psychodynamic approach. The therapy I offer is tailored to each individual, where I believe the transactional aspects of the relationship between you and I will naturally develop allowing the therapy to progress and give space to better understand yourself and your relationships with others. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, eating disorders, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem and self confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming the challenges you face. Stepping into therapy whether it's the first time or if you have been in therapy before takes courage, you are investing in yourself and this is something to be proud of.

Lizzy has helped me in ways I can’t describe. She has a very gentle and person based approach, it’s very personal and down to earth. It’s a free flowing conversation and she knows when to ask questions and how to make you think. She’s very reassuring and can understand how you feel. There’s no telling you how you feel or how things should be. It’s very much been down to me. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Lizzy was wonderful to work with. Her approach to therapy was kind and welcoming and she made the process of healing very gentle and easy. There was always more I wanted to say and I'm so glad I had her supporting me on my journey. She was very supportive of my next steps and very understanding which made it so easy for me to feel like it was a safe environment. She always took the time to check in with how I'm feeling at the end of our sessions and gave me space to speak and laugh.
