About me

Hello and welcome. If you are ready to begin this journey, I look forward to the opportunity to work with you in making positive change in your life. You have already started the work by seeking out the therapist that best meets your needs.

Since I began my journey as a therapist in 2008, I have dedicated myself to supporting individuals seeking to live more fulfilling, authentic, and joyful lives. Many clients reach out when they are ready to embrace change, and my role is to facilitate that transformative process.

My extensive training in a variety of therapeutic modalities allows me to adopt an eclectic approach, which I have found to be the most beneficial for my clients. Within this framework, I often draw upon a Humanistic perspective to engage in meaningful work that fosters lasting change. This approach prioritizes understanding and empathy while encouraging personal growth.

I am also skilled in various techniques, including Choice Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness practices. Depending on your individual needs and what you hope to achieve from our sessions, I will tailor these methods accordingly. For instance, if you are facing anxiety, we might explore CBT strategies, whereas if you are seeking deeper self-understanding, a Humanistic approach may be more appropriate.

What truly defines my practice is my commitment to flexibility. I understand that each individual is unique, and it’s essential to meet you where you are in your journey. Together, we will work collaboratively to address your concerns and explore the underlying issues that may be affecting your well-being.

The therapeutic relationship we build will be a safe space for you to express your thoughts and feelings openly. My goal is to empower you with the insights and tools necessary to navigate life's challenges and enhance your overall quality of life.

I look forward to the opportunity to work together and help you achieve your personal goals.

I would not be here without Sage. She has been my rock since starting therapy. Helping me through things that before therapy I thought would have destroyed me. She saw who I am before I could even figure it out. She is my hero.

I’ve gone to multiple therapists over many years and have never felt as comfortable or understood as I do with Dr. Croft. A+ therapist and a pleasant person overall, to boot!

Dr. Croft is knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. She is a great support system for whatever I am going through and is able to help me see things in a different and enlightening perspective. I have grown a lot as a person working with her and I am so blessed to work with her.
