I worked with Lois for a year during the pandemic, she really helped me through some tough things and I was able to "graduate" and venture out on my own. I did well managing life with the skills and practices she helped me with. I am struggling a bit more these days and she is the first person I could think of that could help me again. Self work isn't ever finished, just the support we need and the amount we need can be less and can be more. Right now I need more and I am grateful to be able to work with Lois through it. She is truly amazing.

It’s been invaluable to have Lois available each week to speak with and to text on a daily basis. When life gets stressful or confusing it’s great to have a neutral person in my life to listen and offer sound advice. She’s helped me through so many rough patches and help stabilize my ups and downs.

She is incredibly patient, kind and insightful. She is so calming and redirects my thoughts in such a positive, more realistic way of looking at things that occur in my life. Truly such a powerful tool she is modeling and teaching me to apply on my own, as well.

Lois is amazing. I used to not believe therapy would work for me, since I am not very good at expressing myself most of the time. Lois has helped see me through the toughest times of my life and I am deeply grateful to have her whenever I need her. She is prompt in her messages ,especially when I just need someone unbiased to talk to, or when I need advice. I do not know where I'd be without her today and all the help she has provided for me.
