About Me

Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in Michigan and Texas with over 7 years of experience assisting clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, life change difficulties, and many other concerns. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology (2009) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (2007) from the University of Houston - Clear Lake. I am passionate about my work and believe that counseling is a personal journey that offers the opportunity for change and growth that can lead to clients’ fullest potential and enhanced quality of life.

My therapeutic style involves a client-centered, solution-focused approach, while working with clients to set realistic, attainable goals, teaching them coping skills and tools, while guiding them through the process of change, growth, and healing, within a safe nonjudgmental, compassionate environment. It takes courage to reach out for help and I am here ready to support you in this process.
