My go to when I need to recalibrate!

She’s like talking to my best friend’s mom. I was considering quitting therapy before coming to her as I just could never get the words out that I wanted to and left sessions feeling exhausted. Now, Loretta knows exactly how to ask questions that get me talking naturally and helps me come to my own resolutions without losing all energy. I genuinely enjoy therapy now because of her.

Loretta has been absolutely amazing. Sometimes she's just listening and affirming my feelings and other times she's asking questions and making me look into myself in ways I hadn't thought of. I always leave our sessions feeling better.
