About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified teacher who provides therapy to individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. I bring a strong background in both educational and clinical settings, which allows me to offer a developmentally informed and structured approach to treatment. I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also have a strong understanding of the unique stressors experienced by military members, veterans, and their families.
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, collaborative, and goal-focused. I work with clients to understand their experiences within the full context of their lives and to develop practical tools that support emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and personal growth.
My goal is to support you in building resilience, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you. If you’re considering reaching out, I’d be honored to connect and explore how we might work together. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
