I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma and/or emotional abuse.

In the few weeks I’ve been working with Lori, she has helped me move toward more self care and better treatment of others. Before therapy, I was experiencing a lot of dark thoughts, experiencing a lot of rage, becoming depressed, and struggling to regulate my emotions. I was thinking about hurting myself, burying myself in work, isolating from friends and family, and yelling at my kids all the time. Our weekly sessions coupled with tiny bits of daily intentions have made tremendous improvements in how I see myself and others.
