Lorie has helped me through some really dark times this year. I don’t know what I would have done without her. She is responsive and caring,. She has taught me so much! I’m very thankful she’s my therapist.

If I had to give Lorie a rating from 1-10, I would give her a 20! She really made me feel like she listened to me, understood what I was going through, and didn’t make me feel like im crazy, I’m too much, annoying, or that I was being judged. I have tried different therapists but I think their way of doing things didn’t connect with me or help improve my issues. Lorie has really helped me with my negative thoughts, feelings, insecurities, and social anxiety. Her techniques, exercises, and advice have helped me which I am grateful for. I’ve had social anxiety for as long as I can remember, we are taking baby steps to not overwhelm me and I am doing much better. I know this isn’t an overnight fix but I am better than ever been. I’m grateful and thankful I found you Lorie, thank you for helping me.

Working with Lorie has been great. Her approach put me at ease and allowed me to quickly identify what I want out of therapy and Better Help. She is attentive and checks in with a good cadence and I get the sense that after each session and interaction I am making real steps towards my goals for therapy. Sessions feel conversational and productive. Her insights have been very helpful and the resources she has supported with also make me feel I am on the right track!
