Lorin Burke, LPC
About me
Are you the person everyone depends on, yet no one seems to check on? You may look like you're holding it all together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, or disconnected on the inside.
I specialize in supporting women, mothers, and caregivers navigating the emotional demands of pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, parenting, relationships, grief, trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are high-achieving women balancing careers, family responsibilities, and the invisible mental load of caring for everyone else.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor with specialized experience in maternal mental health, I provide a warm, supportive, and culturally responsive space where you can explore your experiences without judgment. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical coping strategies, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with the version of yourself that may have gotten lost while caring for others.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that all true change happens in the context of a safe and supportive relationship.
You don't have to carry everything alone. Healing is possible, and support is available.
