I really enjoy my talks with Lorraine, she really does seem like a friend and most importantly a mental coach.
She tries to support me in ever matter, making sure that anything that needs to change in my life can happen without me spiralling mentally.
I appreciate her knowledge, you can tell that she knows exactly what needs to be done and how to move forward with the best aspect.
I look forward to every conversation we are about to have, and she helps me not feel anxious about it.
Amazing individual.

Lorraine is very helpful and I love that she helps you compartmentalise things so it’s more manageable. I have found the techniques she has recommended I try very helpful and have been able to implicate them into real life. She’s a good listener and helps you gain and see perspective. Thank you

Lorraine has been warm and empathetic. I found it extremely easy to be open about my experience and feelings. Lorraine has given me the tools to process and move forward from a traumatic event. I now feel more confident and positive about the future. I would highly recommend Lorraine.
