Louise is kind and considerate, and has been paramount in my mental health journey. She always acts with such professionalism, but at the same time is warm and friendly. She consistently acts as an advocate for me, suggesting new groupinars or worksheets that I might be interested in. I look forward to our conversations every week, it’s like talking to a friend!

I particularly like Louise because it feels like she is capable of great empathy, I really believe she understands my point of view and feelings incredibly well even though many of my experiences are not very common. She is also great at making me feel like my worries/fears are legitimate when I start to believe that maybe I am overreacting. She makes for a great listener and helps processing feelings are events.
