Especially, when that person will be asking personal questions about your feelings and emotions, however, without any judgment, belittling, or negative criticism. If you have any questions, you may ask them at any time when we are working together in a session. All I ask of you is to be honest, so that I may be able to help you and completely understand your issues/concerns that you may want to address in therapy. It takes valor and strength to seek help from a professional and/or stranger, however, I am here to put you at ease and work through issues/concerns in your life together as a team. Thank you for taking the first steps towards a change. I am here to support, guide, and empower you. Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Dr. Louise Mitsianis. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

She is very knowledgeable and understanding. She is kind but can also be blunt which helps me realize that I can’t be making a mountain out of a mole hill. I highly recommend her and feel that she is very capable and has helped me in more ways than one take control back over my life and emotions. She is with me every step of the way and checks in with me which makes me feel better and cared for. I am very confident in her and feel that day by day I am getting better and healing.
