I didn't know what to expect going into my first therapy session, but it was better than I could have imagined. My therapist has been so kind and thoughtful and respectful towards me through a difficult situation. I didn't feel like I had anyone I could trust to talk to and I didn't know how to sort my thoughts of recent events.
