So I gave this a 72 hour rule, I was gonna wait 72 hours before I weighed in, after all the time I still feel the same it was terrible the reception sucked, lack of eye Contact lack of feeling heard, And I swear to God I thought she was in a zoo all I heard were cats like nonstop absolutely sucked I got more help off of YouTube I will be searching for a new therapist

The way she talks to you helps you open up and feel heard and understood. I didn't think therapy would be very beneficial for me but she has really helped me and I have learned a lot about myself.
