I am qualified in the U.K. with 8 years of professional experience. I have worked with clients through times of stress and anxiety, depression and low self-esteem, loneliness and grief. Lucy is great at listening without making me feel like I’m not being judged. She also asks the right questions that really make you think about things in a different way. Although I have only had 2 sessions with her, I feel very much comfortable and she is such a lovely person :)
