I’ve never felt this understood by a therapist, and especially not by most people. I immediately felt safe with her and she genuinely listens. I couldn’t have asked for a better counselor. I’m already noticing progress. Thank you, Lucy!

I love working with Lucy! She is supportive and very kind. I like that I can dive into my past and feel that it’s a judgement free zone and she sends me videos and little things to do that help me understand things in a different perspective. I recommended her! :)

I have only had a few sessions with Dr.Parker-Barnes and I feel that I have made more progress with her in those few sessions than I have with anyone before her. She listens and really hears what I am saying and offers valuable feedback.

I’ve only been seeing Dr. Parker for about a month but I’m very confident in what we will accomplish in the future. I find it really easy to talk to her and open up. I would recommend her to anyone and think that she is a fantastic counselor.
