Rather than list a lot of therapeutic models I use, I think it is more important to tell you that I believe it is important for a therapist to have the ability to be 100% present when interacting with you, have great listening skills, and to be caring, sensitive and non-judgmental. I believe that this describes how you will feel about how I will work with you as your therapist. We will work together to identify your goals and make plans for you to meet them. I will sometimes have gentle suggestions and other times ask you questions to help you discover the direction to take on your own.
