Dr. Seavy is incredibly knowledgeable with extensive experience helping people work through life issues. I love how he explains things on a scientific level to all audiences to help us better understand how emotions related to bodily functions. After only a few weeks of working with him, he has helped me understand my anxiety, stress, relationship and financial issues, and better handle them so I can meet my goals. I highly recommend him to anyone trying to work through major life changes, anxiety/depression, or just want someone to talk to about all the stuff going on in their lives. Very enlightening and helpful!
Thanks Dr. S! Keep up the good work.

Dr. Seavy has been amazing to work with. I have been seeing him for almost a year, and the strides I have made in my mental health and personal goals are immeasurable. He has been able to teach me practical ways to handle my anxiety, stress, and depression in order to work through those feelings and find a more productive way of interacting with life overall.
