Lyn listens to me intently and gives me direct, clear advice in the right moments. Lyn sends me videos and documents to read so I can build myself up and become a better more stronger version of myself which is exactly what I needed the help with. Life is hard enough but as an overthinker it's great having Lyn to steer me in the right direction of understanding myself and my relationship.

This is my first time doing therapy so I was nervous/ apprehensive but after one session I knew that therapy was right for me, every single session with Lyn has been so inspiring and I’m already learning so much about myself. Lyn asks all the right questions and makes me feel really comfortable and not judged!

I’ve been working with Lyn for a wee while now, and I’m genuinely grateful for the guidance and support I’ve received. She truly creates a safe, non-judgmental space that allows for honest conversations and self-reflection. I love her way of listening and asking the right questions that help me see things from a new perspective. She also provides with loads of interesting and relevant material to read for content if you want to.
What I appreciate most is her ability to offer insights that are truly empowering, rather than simply giving advice. It's clear that Lyn truly cares about their clients’ well-being. I always leave our sessions feeling heard, respected, and more equipped to handle whatever comes my way.
