She is wonderful, like, supportive. Gives feedback, not simply “tell me how you feel” then predicting it back, she analyzes and converses about it. Very supported, deeply connected. She is the best, I’m very grateful

Lynne, has been a rock for me. I can talk to her about anything. She has helped and listen to me complain and has been a cheerleader as well she offers her strongest opinion and is completely judgment free. I am so glad she has come into my life and helping me with my crazy journey to healing.

Lynne is compassionate and understanding. I always worried I wouldn’t be comfortable with a therapist but now I find myself saying I gotta make sure to check in with my therapist! I highly recommend Lynne if you are struggling with grief and life in general.

Firstly I’d like to say that Lynne feels like family to me. She is very knowledgeable about my particular areas of concern and she can also relate to my experiences which makes me feel seen and heard. Her energy is calming and reassuring for me and she is on top of sending me work sheets and resources to help keep me on track outside of therapy. She is a blessing !

Lynne is great and so heart warming and understands my needs and puts solutions into a perspective and light in which I can absorb and understand to better help me through my life’s journey and obstacles.
