Lynne is a fantastic counselor. I feel heard, validated, and supported. She strikes a great balance between empathy, curiosity, and support; mixed with a little bit of caring confrontation (aka ‘carefronting’). I am so grateful that I was matched with her through BetterHelp.

Lynne is a good listener, fun, engaging, knowledgeable, and humble. She uses effective stories from her life and others to make me feel safe and to teach me while also flat out telling me when I need it. She picks up on my issues through subtle things I say and my body language. I love it that she listens and hears me even when I disagree. I am growing emotionally and spiritually because of her, which is exactly what I need.
